These Terms and Conditions set out the rules that apply when you use Lapalingo. They explain the relationship between us and our users, and govern access to and use of our services. By registering an account and using the platform you agree to comply with these terms, any specific promotion terms and any applicable laws.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. Only you must use your account credentials and you must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We require truthful personal information for verification purposes and may suspend or close accounts where information is false, missing or fraudulent. Account limits, deposit controls and self-exclusion tools may be used to manage play; you are expected to use these tools responsibly.

Eligibility requirements

To open an account you must meet the age and local eligibility rules that apply in your location. Accounts are limited to one per person unless we expressly permit otherwise. We do not allow access from locations or by persons where use would be prohibited by local law or regulation. Attempts to bypass geographical or eligibility controls will result in account suspension and voiding of affected transactions.

Acceptable platform use

Use the platform only for lawful, personal entertainment. Any attempt to manipulate games, use automated tools, collude with other players, launder funds or otherwise exploit system weaknesses is prohibited. Commercial use or resale of services is not permitted. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious behaviour and to take appropriate action including withholding funds where abuse is suspected.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions and bonuses are subject to separate terms which you must accept before participating. Where applicable, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits and playthrough periods will apply; for example, some welcome offers may carry a 35x wagering requirement and a 30-day expiry. Promotions are limited to one per person, household and IP address unless stated otherwise. Misuse of bonuses may lead to bonus cancellation and withholding of winnings.

Deposits and withdrawals

Payment options, processing times and limits vary by method. Minimum deposits and withdrawals are stated in the cashier - for example minimum transactions commonly start at £10. Withdrawals may be subject to identity checks and verification procedures; we may delay processing until required checks are complete. We may also apply reasonable withdrawal limits to manage risk. Any fees charged by payment providers are payable by you.

Dispute resolution

If you have a query or dispute please contact our support team in the first instance. If an issue cannot be resolved informally we will investigate and provide a written response. Where appropriate we will escalate internally. If the dispute remains unresolved you may seek independent advice or pursue any statutory rights available to you under applicable law. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

Updates to terms and conditions

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be published on the site and, where appropriate, notified to account holders. Continued use of the service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.
